My goals will be centered on Membership, participation, retaining, recruiting, and creating a unified chapter that
engages the areas in Maryland that merged with the Washington Metro Chapter.
Participation: Encourage Peer Groups a variety of functions targeting both commercial and residential. Support all
committees with programs to enhance professional growth.
Retainment: Encourage committee participation. Promote the value of Design in the community.
Recruiting: Additional focus on students, Career days, Mentorships
Engagement: More events in Maryland, Promote the Maryland sub-committee
