I am a creative design-driven individual that demonstrates 12 years of extensive experience within the design industry; and provide direction as a creative lead for the company’s needs and new opportunities. I possess the ability to foster effective relationships in an innovative way to retain and gain for future professional development. I’ve self-educated into the marketing industry in which independently I provide content creation and design.

As a Cosentino Showroom Specialist, assisted with the day-to-day operations in the Cosentino City or Center Showroom with daily tasks that will include guest relations, customer service assistance, and events coordination. 

 

  • Assist all walk-ins & customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom.
  • Supported the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end users, checking stock for materials when requested, as well as highlighting possible stock issues that may arise to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Work with the City Manager and General Manager to increase traffic within the City Center 
  • Responsible for the execution of events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, and mailing. 
  • Managed and maintained the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, and attending visitors daily and during events.
