Tanya Paz, Associate AIA, NCARB, ASID
Principal, TAP Studio

Tanya Paz is an award-winning designer based in Los Angeles and San Diego. She provides full-service design services for residential and commercial projects at any scale. She practiced architecture and interiors for over ten years at several
design-driven firms across the globe, from Los Angeles to Madrid to Valparaiso, Chile, before founding her practice in 2019.
Her diverse previous experience includes civic buildings, retail environments, senior living, healthcare facilities, and residential, equipping her to work at a variety of scales with a demonstrated track record of skillful management from concept to execution.

Tanya is an insured design professional practicing across Southern California. She is well versed in the construction and permitting process in the Los Angeles area. She recently sat on the ASID National Board as Director-at-Large. She served on NCARB Think Tank Board identifying barriers for diversification of the architecture profession and was an AIA Equity by Design Thought Leader in 2016 and a speaker at AIA LA’s 2017 & 2018 Powerful Conference.
